By using LoadLab.AI you accept this Disclaimer. LoadLab.AI helps you plan outbound shipments, but every result it produces is a decision-support estimate, not a guarantee, certification, or professional advice. Read this in full before relying on any output.
Pallet packing, fill percentages, gross-weight checks, axle-weight distribution, Federal Bridge Formula checks, mileage, transit times, and cost figures are physics-informed and rule-of-thumb estimates generated from the data you enter and from standardized assumptions. They are provided for planning only and may not reflect your actual equipment, cargo, lanes, current law, or road conditions.
Unless you enter your own contracted rates, costs are derived from national market-average benchmarks that change frequently and vary by lane, season, equipment, and carrier. Distances are computed from built-in geographic data adjusted by a road factor and only approximate real routing. Confirm actual pricing with your carriers and do not use these figures for fuel, billing, or hours-of-service calculations.
You, and not LoadLab.AI, are solely responsible for the safety and legality of every load. Before tendering, building, or transporting any shipment you must weigh the loaded equipment on a certified scale and independently verify gross weight, axle and tandem weights, dimensions, cargo securement, hazardous-materials handling, routing, and permits, and confirm compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those of the FMCSA, U.S. DOT, and PHMSA and of state transportation authorities, the Federal Bridge Formula, axle and gross weight limits, CDL and hours-of-service rules, and securement and hazmat requirements. LoadLab.AI does not perform any of these verifications for you.
The hazmat indicator is a simple planning flag and does not capture the full requirements for shipping dangerous goods. Consult the applicable DOT and PHMSA rules and your carrier's requirements.
LoadLab.AI does not provide legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, or professional logistics advice, and no output creates any professional relationship. For any decision with legal, financial, or safety consequences, consult a qualified professional.
The in-app assistant can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate information. Verify anything important before acting on it.
The Service and all of its outputs are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoadLab.AI LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. LoadLab.AI does not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, or compliant with any law.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from planning, building, loading, consolidating, routing, pricing, and shipping freight, whether or not LoadLab.AI was used to assist with those activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoadLab.AI LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (together, the LoadLab Parties) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, fine, penalty, citation, claim, injury, or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, arising out of or relating to the Service, any output, or any load, pallet, truck, shipment, or route that is planned, built, optimized, consolidated, priced, booked, or transported using the Service or in reliance on its outputs.
Without limiting the foregoing, the LoadLab Parties accept no liability whatsoever for any load, including for overweight, over-axle, over-dimension, or other weight or size violations, Federal Bridge Formula or state weight-limit violations, cargo securement failures, loss of or damage to cargo, freight or insurance claims, detention or delivery delays, regulatory fines or citations, accidents, property damage, personal injury, or death. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise, and applies even if a LoadLab Party was advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
To the extent any liability of the LoadLab Parties is not excluded above and cannot lawfully be excluded, the LoadLab Parties' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees, if any, that you actually paid to LoadLab.AI for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the LoadLab Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, fines, penalties, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your loads or shipments, your use of the Service, your reliance on any output, or your violation of any law or of this Disclaimer.
Each provision of this Disclaimer operates independently. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case the LoadLab Parties' liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
You are solely responsible for reviewing every recommendation and for every shipment you choose to book.
